Not only that but this agent really knows her stuff,…..meaning, after getting frustrated with different car insurance companies and agents. She honestly made me feel like (State Farm) family by taking her time with me and making me feel comfortable within the conversation to move forward. She did not over talk me and actually listened to my every need as well as want,… in regards to the type of insurance plan that I was looking for and would work for me. Hannah also kept my plan within the budget that worked best for me. So I felt that it was only right for me to take time out of my day to sit down and complete or shall I say right a survey to let any and everyone know that if you’re looking for any type of car insurance or Life Insurance to try your best to get in contact with Hannah Visconti From (State Farm) insurance. Now I get someone who’s working from home and distracted when I call. I don’t want to change to another insurance company because of the hassle of starting over but I think I will now. I called recently and said I had some questions about my policy, and the person responded with “okay, about what?” I others the worst tone of voice. That’s not how you respond. Sorry but they need to learn how to talk to people. Definitely switching. So unprofessional."
