"I have been with State Farm for over 30 years I was transferred from Ed Bright in San Carlos who was amazing. Now with the office of Mark Murray having the worst experiences with insurance of my life. I asked for certain coverages dropped which were not dropped for years. And I was charged for over a year for a renters policy which I was told was invalid after an administrative problem with the unit number. I was T-Boned by another State Farm Driver on Delta Road in an SUV that had 3 small children in the back all in safety seats on July 3rd last year. It totalled my car, I lost my job, I neeeed surgery and have been nothing but pushed aside by the Sales compartmentalized unit of State Farm and I am probably one of the most dissatisfied State Farm insured persons this century. I am waiting to get documents from my military parents service records to change insurance as my sister has. The person who T-boned was given a standard form from her State Farm Agent that she and her husband or father signed stating they have no assets. It was further endorsed by a State Farm employee. However, it would require an asset search for him to validate such a document which was forwarded to the attorney I hired. State Farm has colluded with the attorney firm for gain. Is this how all insurances operate because it seems to be a big scam."

"I've been with State Farm for a few years now (2 vehicles and homeowners insurance) and have had such a great experience with Mark Murray's staff. Hannah has been a huge help to me in recent months with my policies as I navigate a separation with my estranged wife and arrange all the logistics that come with those changes. Any time I had a random question about anything and every time I called their office, Hannah was there to help answer all my questions and made sure to make necessary changes when I asked for them. "Hannah, Paula and Christy in Mark Murray's office are all kind, considerate and committed to customer service. I recently needed some papers that only they could provide and it made all the difference to me that they made it a priority to get them to me. I've also had to handle my elderly mothers car insurance cancellation due to her not being able to drive any longer and they made the experience much easier for me. "A 300 billion dollar a year company . Im a customer for 27 years and can't log in online , can't make a payment online even through there text application . Spoke live to and agent at state farm corporate , she couldn't take a payment so she connected me to another agent who couldn't take my payment , My autopay drops out every month and doesn't work . A horrendous organization from start to finish . I'm having linguini for lunch today so i'll be fine ."

"I've had multiple problems over the few years I was insured with Mark, the office staff really sucks. I got an email reply about a quote saying I needed to call in. Ok cool. I do that, but the girl I need to speak to is on the phone so the person I’m speaking with says they’ll pass along the message and have her call me back. It’s 28 hours later and I still have no call back. Anyway, fast forward to today - I was able to bundle my car insurance with my husband’s car with a different company for WAY less than the price I am paying w State Farm for just one car and one driver! I call this morning to cancel the policy, leave a voicemail. I called multiple times throughout the day, no one answers. I called multiple at 5:05 (because I need to cancel, new policy is going into effect tomorrow!) and despite their office hours being until 5:30pm, the auto message tells me they are closed. Jokes on them, I was two doors down so I marched right in to an OPEN, NOT BUSY, totally dead office. My was it overly decorated for Easter. So this is how you prioritize your time? The girl with 8 purple pimple patches on (so unprofessional - I cannot) seemed annoyed with me. I told her I want to cancel my policy because I have found a new company effective tomorrow. Does she even bother to try to keep me or find out why? NOPE. WOW! After a few seconds of typing she doesn't even look up and says "ok you're good." I regret not letting her know how I felt before I left. But here we are. Shop around, their prices are insane and this office is NOT worth the headache. The customer service here is non-existent."
