I’ll admit, sometimes I’m so busy and overwhelmed that I may not always come across as the friendliest person, but they have always treated me with patience, kindness, and professionalism—and I truly appreciate that. 🙏🏼

My only concern is with State Farm’s frequent price changes, which sometimes seem to happen without much notice. I understand that rates can change, but better communication and consistency around those increases would make the overall experience even better.

As far as the service from Mark Murray’s team, I’m extremely happy. Angelica and Aaron are wonderful, and I highly recommend this office! Thank you for always going above and beyond for me. ❤️🙏🏼"

"I contacted Mark Murray’s State Farm office to review our homeowner's insurance policy. I was greeted on the phone by a very cheerful Angel Garcia. Isn't it great when you contact a company by phone and, first off, the phone is answered by a real-life person!, and next, you can tell that the person on the other end of the line has a smile on their face?! It immediately puts a smile on your own face - well, it did for me anyway!
Angel retrieved our home information right away on her computer. She answered my numerous questions very patiently. When she didn't immediately know an answer, rather than keep me on the line longer, she quickly obtained the information and emailed me back with the answers. Angel is very professional, efficient and has a "happy-to-help" attitude. Thank you Angel and thank you Mark!

from our home in Oakley, California. But being a
local business is only one of the reasons we have had
